What is your refund policy?
Should you need to cancel your registration, please contact us directly by email at vetmedce@tamu.edu. If cancellation is made prior to 14 days before the start date, a refund of 80 percent of the registration fee will be returned. Cancellations within 13 days or less before the start date are not eligible for a refund.
How can I upgrade my registration?
If you have only registered for a one-day pass and would like to upgrade that to the full conference, add on any lab sessions or the Outstanding Alumni Celebration, please contact us at vetmedce@tamu.edu and we will assist you.
